we need to create a survey implementation for the customer who is not satisfed from there last service but able to come again through marketing campaign , So that we can get the feedback of un satisfied customer that they are now satisfied or not

Solution:-

  • Did a rest callout from automotive cloud to data cloud and do the calculation of sample calling and create target for every dealer
