Customer is responsible for Inventory sync to Salesforce OCI, sub-inventory SF app/package and product information into Salesforce. SF OMS allocation process will be customized to do the sub-inventory availability checks and reservation through 1440 sub-inventory Salesforce app/package.

Challenges & Solutions

Challenges:-

  • Need to maintain the inventory transaction based on the different types of transactions like receiving, sales order, return order.

Solution:-

  • Implemented the custom Inventory management solution that will keep track of all types of transactions all over the org. Then the custom Inventory is synced back to standard OCI to support the standard Salesforce order management.
