This project provide Native Language Translation for Salesforce Clouds.There are roughly 7,000 languages spoken across the globe. So if you’re a global business, you’re bound to be faced with language barriers – both internally and when engaging with customers.

Challenges & Solutions

Challenges:-

  • Service Agent wants to communicate with customers in any language across a number of key customer service channels including chat, Email, reviews and Q&A. Service Agent want to see custom data like customer details and case details in their language. Service agents want to translate data before send email and chat message in customer language. Auto detection of language when customer send message and email.

Solution:-

  • Build a custom components to Set object, target language, translation engine and start translating automatically. Build translation tools like Google Translate, Microsoft, DeepL and AWS, so agents can translate data and ensure accuracy. Automate process around translating any object without the need for code.

Users now have access to a user-friendly interface within Salesforce where they can easily select multiple email templates to be translated and choose the target language for translation. With just a few clicks, users can initiate the translation process, eliminating the need for manual copying and pasting of content.
