Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and a passion for driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 Years of Experience in IT Sales at preference to have at least 5 years of Experience in Salesforce IT Services.
- Ideal Candidate should have extensive experience in the International Market and should have an excellent existing network in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- May have to travel National and International as a part of roles and responsibilities.
- Should be aware of the latest tools and technologies to boost the Sales Process.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market environment.
- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and should lead the entire Sales Practice of the Company.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
