As a Resource Manager, I have all the details of a resource in PSA like basic details, skills, certifications and experience. But, when I need to send a resume to the client, I am dependent on the resource to get the updated resume and this delays the process.

Even when the resource provides an updated resume, still as a manager, I need to give them lot of suggestions because the details are not up to the mark, which again requires correction and changes hence consuming ample amount of time.
