Exciting AI Projects at Zordial Technologies

This month, our team at Zordial Technologies has been deeply worked in some truly exciting AI projects using Agentforce. These initiatives not only present new challenges but also offer us the opportunity to explore innovative solutions and deliver exceptional results to our clients.

One of our key projects involves implementing Agentforce AI features. This has allowed us to harness the power of Salesforce’s AI capabilities to provide smarter and enhanced customer services for our clients. The process has been incredibly rewarding, as we navigate and overcome various challenges, enhancing our expertise in the field.

Using Agentforce, we created an intelligent customer agent to help online clothing stores to allow their customers to know about their products and place the order for the desired products in an interactive way.

Simultaneously, we are exploring more to utilize the capabilities of LLMs (Large Language Models). and Einstein AI to generate the images of the products and find the next best action for the cases by looking at the case history.

These projects are making us more excited as they enable us to deep dive into advanced AI and machine learning techniques. Our team is gaining memorable experience and knowledge, which translates into delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet and exceed our clients expectations.
